In 2019, Booking.com needed to reinforce its category leadership across EMEA. Our competitors were getting increasingly fierce, and the perceived lack of differentiation between different operators started to hinder further business growth. We had a single-minded focus: to create meaningful (emotional) differentiation for Booking.com.
As part of a brand repositioning, “Live Curious” was designed to re-establish an emotional connection with travellers across Europe, and drive bookings during the Summer holidays.
Live Curious is a 360 campaign that includes a brand film, social content for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube as well as digital display to further underpin the whole.
